02Arrival and consultation
First, a short intake form. Then you sit down with your esthetician for a personalized skin consultation. We look at your skin, ask about your goals and talk through your routine before anything starts.
Ask anything. What will it feel like? How will my skin look after? Is this right for me? If you're pregnant, on acne medication, have an active infection, cold sore or open wound, or have recently had another skin procedure, tell us here. We may suggest a different treatment or a different day.
Prefer Spanish? Hablamos Español. Bilingual consultations are available.
03Picking a treatment
Most first-timers pick one of two gentle options.
HydraFacial ($250). Cleanse, exfoliation, extraction and hydration in one HydraFacial session of about 60 minutes, customized to your skin. Minimal downtime. A favorite for dry desert skin and dullness.
Dermaplaning ($150). An exfoliating dermaplaning facial that lifts dead skin cells and fine vellus hair ("peach fuzz"). About 45 minutes. Minimal downtime. Popular with guests who want makeup to go on smoother.
We also offer Procell ($450), microneedling ($350), chemical peels ($200) and body sculpting (from $750). Those usually come up after your consultation, once we know your skin and goals.
04During the treatment
What it feels like:
- HydraFacial: You lie back on a treatment bed. Cleansing and exfoliation feel cool and wet. Extraction feels like gentle suction, a tiny vacuum gliding over your skin. Hydrating serums finish it off.
- Dermaplaning: Your esthetician uses a sterile blade in short, light strokes. Most people describe a soft brushing feeling. You may hear a faint sound as peach fuzz lifts.
We check in as we go. If anything feels uncomfortable, say so and we'll adjust.
05After your facial
Results vary from person to person. Some guests notice a fresher look right away. Others notice changes over the next few days.
After HydraFacial, most guests go about their day. After dermaplaning, mild pinkness is possible. Your esthetician will tell you when to wear makeup and resume your routine.
Two habits matter most in the desert:
- SPF. Wear broad-spectrum sunscreen daily, especially after exfoliation. Heading outdoors the same day? Put it on first.
- Hydration. Keep skin clean and moisturized. Desert air and A/C pull moisture from skin.
06Your plan going forward
There's no fixed schedule. Some guests come back for maintenance. Others switch treatments as their goals change. Your esthetician suggests timing for your skin, and you can change it anytime.
