Services & appointments

Beyond Skin & Body Care provides professional skin care and body contouring services by licensed Advanced estheticians. All services are by appointment only.

• Appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by calling (702) 626-0277
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion
• Service results may vary depending on individual skin type, health, and lifestyle factors
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment
• Certain services may not be suitable for all clients — our estheticians will assess your eligibility prior to treatment

Cancellation & no-show policy

We understand that schedules change. To respect our team's time and other clients awaiting appointments, we ask that you provide adequate notice when cancelling or rescheduling.

• 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling without penalty
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
• No-shows may be charged up to the full service fee
• Deposits paid at booking are non-refundable for no-shows
• Repeat no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future bookings

Payment & pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service.

• We accept cash and all major credit cards
• Payments are processed securely through Square
• Prices displayed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on treatment customization
• Packages and promotions are non-transferable and have no cash value
• Gift cards and packages must be used within one year of purchase

Refund policy

Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are generally final. However, we want every client to be satisfied.

• Services rendered are non-refundable
• If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work to address your concern
• Retail product purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days if unopened and in original condition
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment

Health & contraindications

Your safety is our priority. Certain medical conditions, medications, or skin conditions may make some treatments unsuitable for you.

• You are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, and skin concerns prior to treatment
• Our estheticians are not medical doctors and do not provide medical diagnoses or advice
• We reserve the right to decline service if we determine a treatment may be unsafe for you
• If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a serious medical condition, please consult your physician before booking any treatment
• We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or contraindications
